This was my first experience of reflexology and i was really impressed. I was a bit apprehensive but Jo made me feel at ease and is really knowledgeable. I wasn't expecting much but this seems to be relieving some of my aches and pains. I highly recommend Jo and I will be going back for more sessions.

At least once a month I have a reflexology session with Jo. It's like a monthly reboot or reset. I walk away feeling like I'm walking on the moon, 1/6th the gravity of earth. Reflexology is the most relaxing alternative therapy I've ever experienced and Jo is the best practitioner. A year ago I had a knee replacement. Post op I saw Jo once a week for six weeks and thanks to her I was able to go back to my, very physical occupation, within two months. I can't recommend Jo enough.

I went to see Jo in Feb 2022 having not had reflexology for some time. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment she responded to my enquiry and was so accommodating in getting me booked in for my first treatment. All I can say is wow! I still talk to Jo about that first appointment to this day and how much of a turning point it was for me in navigating through a difficult time that I had been experiencing. I had reflexology and reiki which I can’t recommend enough. Jo is extremely knowledgeable and everything she identified was spot on, and within 2 visits I was feeling back to myself and back in alignment. I really appreciate our debrief sessions after my treatments to fully understand what is going on. I am forever thankful to Jo for helping me restore my inner peace and look forward to more healing with her in the future :-)

Jo is an experienced, skillful and professional reflexologist. She is the most calm, patient, kind, and effective communicator and understands that people come to reflexology for a host of reasons and at different stages in life. I have huge admiration for her ability to tune into what the body requires, which varies from treatment to treatment. Jo understands how anxiety, stress, menopause, and general life challenges deplete us at times. Her treatments are given with compassion and care, and in turn calm, soothe, rebalance, reset, lift up, restore, and without exception leave you feeling good to go again! I will always be grateful that I tried reflexology as an investment in self-care, and that I found my way to Jo. Her approach meets you where you are, and reminds you how to be the best version of yourself. What more could you ask for? Thanks for everything Jo.

I have had several treatments over the past 4 months including reiki, reflexology, Indian head massage and a neck and back massage all of which have been excellent and I would recommend her to friends. My husband had a knee replacement in April and he has found that the reflexology has helped with post op inflammation and nerve damage.

I would highly recommend Jo for her reflexology sessions. She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel at complete ease making it impossible not to relax into the treatment. The sessions have helped with my pregnancy, anxiety, digestive issues and allowed me to completely let go and relax.
