Recently found this little gem as other salons were closed on the Monday in Hoole and I was in desperate need of having my nails done, Carry kindly fit me in when I called up. Would highly recommend- Carry is very professional and great to talk to! Denise x

I have been going to the salon for over 12 months and the atmosphere is lovely. I always feel better after a treatment. I have my nails and eyebrows done everything 2 weeks and I am always pleased with results and get lots of lovely comments about my nails.

I've used a fair few salons in Chester and this is one of my favourites for sure. Always a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the girls and the amount of happy regulars speaks volumes. I regularly have waxing and nail treatments and both are always a 10/10 service :)A very happy customer :)

Wonderful experience from start to finish. My nails look amazing. Absolutely delighted and had a great afternoon with the ladies who run the salon. By the time I left, I felt like I had made great new friends with both them and their other customers. Made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. Suffice to say would highly recommend and looking forward to going back. Thank you ladies!

Had an amazing experience here today! Super friendly and so helpful. I had my nails and toes done by Cari, who was so understanding of my allergies and reassuring. The nails were really well done and overall a relaxing experience, with a great foot massage leaving my feet incredibly soft.My friend had a facial and manicure by Sam. She said the whole experience from start to finish was relaxing and therapeutic. Sam took her time and made sure the few hours hours that we were there were lovely.All COVID-19 restrictions were adhered to and they made conscious effort to keep us safe too!

A great salon. Both Joy & Sam who work there make the experience friendly & enjoyable, much nicer and more sociable than other salons where you are in and out and just another number that day! My nails looked awesome & were done exactly as I asked for them to be done shape wise! I've also had a facial & massage here & felt so relaxed afterwards. Will definitely keep going back...thanks ladies!

At first I thought they were looking good, but two days later they looked like they needed redoing already! Although service was good as the lady was nice and welcoming, quality of the nails very poor especially for that price. Also, a week and a half later I lost two of the nails!
