I applied for impress back in march, I paid £100 upfront to apply, I was told it would be refunded if the finance application was not accepted by Aisha from the impress team in Manchester. I have waited 6 months and had no refund, I kept good contact with Aisha and have been given so many excuses, included continuously telling me to call back on Friday (when the business is closed) and it will be paid within the next 14 days, which it wasn’t. I believe impress to be a huge scam, praying on peoples vulnerabilities and there insecurities, taking money knowing there is little chance of being accepted for finance. Aisha told me they had a second finance option becoming available for people with bad credit, also that never seemed to materialise. A lot of lying on her part, she has left a very negative taste in my mouth and I would not recommend the company to anybody.

Easily the best orthodontists I have ever been to! The service and treatment provided was amazing for the preparation of my Invisaligns. The staff are so genuine & lovely, I can’t thank Asseya enough for all her help! Definitely recommended & unbelievably happy with my package, thanks again!

Really could not be happier with my treatment at Impress. Assia has been a pleasure, always welcoming and remembers you and your progress each time. The orthodontist treating me was very professional and eased any concerns or queries I had about treatment giving me plenty of time in consultation. The location is perfect and the entire process has fitted into my busy life seamlessly. Not to mention, the value for money offered. Convenient, professional and friendly.

I was running late and kept them notified. The lady rang me and said if you are here within 5minutes we will see you. I got there within the 5minutes and couldn’t apologise enough. She then told me she will discuss about my teeth and get them scanned. That soon changed and they told me I would have to rebook. Funnily enough they were able to tell me the price of my treatment without the scan and a dentist. They had 10 minutes before their shift ended but yet they couldn’t get me seen, they switched the lights off as soon as I left. So rude. Avoid. Avoid.

Initial consultation was fine I wanted to go ahead with treatment paid a deposit however I changed my mind and contacted my patient co-ordinator Aisha Karim in the Manchester branch to ask her to cancel as I was still within the 14days cooling off period, my email was ignored after I explained to her my reason why, I then called her a few days after and she informed me that they don’t do refunds and there was nothing she could do there was a lot of back & forth she told me she needed to speak to her manager to check after I told her & shown her in the contract it clearly states as long as it’s within the 14 days I was eligible I even had to contact the finance company myself to have them confirm this I then forwarded this over to aisha literally doing the woman’s job myself, she then told me wait 3-28 days for my refund it’s now been 5 weeks & another payment was taken as she did not cancel my treatment plan I had to sort that out myself when I called the other day to ask for an update on my refund I got told she’s done all she can and got told to wait again further, Ive since spoken to another member of the team who’s said no notes have been left on my file and that they are chasing it up for me & would contact me back today MORE LIES as the company isn’t open on Fridays. I am taking this further as I’ve been patient enough. I wanted to leave this review to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else this company is such a shambles so unprofessional.

Had a 3d scan appointment at 11:40 today and the experience was really pleasant. Firstly the place is spotless and has a modern look to it. The experience was also exceptional. I've had anxiety in the past when having my teeth examined and the dentist made me feel at ease throughout the process. They were really friendly and gave me advice on how to better look after my teeth. I would recommend this place to anyone as they seem really good with their patients and are none judgemental

I previously had a quote for braces from my usual dentist which I realised I would never be able to afford I was recommended the Impress clinic by a friend who had completed her treatment - compared to the old metal braces which take around 2 years, my friends teeth had been straightened within 5 months.I was really self conscious of my teeth and I wanted a treatment that was financially comfortable. I'm so glad I did my research and I booked myself in for a consultation with Dr Yusuf who was amazing - He was great, he completed all of my X-rays and checked if I was suitable for Invisalign.I saw the clincial staff who were so kind and friendly, they carried out 3D scans on my teeth and I highly recommend having this done because I was able to see the end result before I had actually started treatment. I was also sent an animation of the changes that would take place Saira was amazing, I am hard of hearing and everything was explained to me so clearly and any questions were answered - communication was a really important factor for me when it came to picking a clinic, so really glad how clear everything was.I was then looked after by Asseya in the Sales dept who helped me with my payment and I was able to get the Black Friday offer Asseya was just fab, she explained everything from when I would receive my Invisalign, how often I change braces (mine is every 2 weeks) Also teeth whitening is provided within the package which I just LOVE - It can be used at the same time whilst wearing the InvisalignI am also going to be undergoing Flash Teeth Whitening once I have completed my Invisalign Treatment so I still have more to look forward to xx thanks so much I'm really excited to see the end results!! Would ⭐️highly⭐️ recommend if your looking for a more modern approach to teeth straightening. The clinic is so vibrant,clean and modern - Thank you so much once again xx
