Really rude staff. I wanted petrol but the only super unleaded pump was on the wrong side for my petrol filler so had to face opposite direction, the rude woman came stomping out saying she wouldn’t let me have fuel unless I turned my car around to face the other way! I’ve never heard such a load of rubbish in my life. I will never go back here for fuel and I suggest you avoid this place like the plague.

Lpg pump is always out of service or no lpg awful service try Johnson compound at Honeybourne

Slow serviceSlow staff at till and normally understaffed.Hard to get a pump due to the slow service in shop.I often pass it and go elsewhere unless I can see pumps are all empty.

Some of the staff here have no basic manners. A simple please and thank you goes far….. don’t use unless absolutely necessary

Rude staff want to make you pay for the Costa cup before touchable get coffee. Ridiculous

Stop here as I needed the toilet and to buy something for my tea. The shop assistant accused me of being there for 45 minutes when I wasn't started arguing accusing me of being a liar I told her I stop to use the toilet and to get something for my tea because I am and Hgv driver she wasn't interested impression I got is we don't I want the likes of you here.

Would give zero stars if allowed. Carwash damaged my car. Completely ripped the tail light off my new Evoque. The garage's insurance refused to pay out and got off on a technicality. A service had been completed before and after and no fault was found. Complete rubbish. I will never use this garage again. I would suggest people avoid the carwash and if you have a problem here, in my opinion the owners are not honest.

Rude staff i parked up at pumps around midday which has never been an issue as I frequently visit, there were some cars for sale on the forecourt so I was having a look , until a rude staff Member came out and told me if I was going over to the mcdonalds she would ring the police? Also threatened to ring my boss. I explained I was just looking at cars but she still was acting in a threatening manner. My plan was to go in the garage and spend my money which I did but they carried on which was unnecessary, I ignored them and walked from the garage to McDonald's to see what they would do as i don't deserve to be spoken to like I was . Buy the staff Member with red hair came in after me (followed me ) and carried on yelling me go I was illegal, i understand there are rules to you're forecourt but i should be able to park at pumps like the cars do when they want to come in and buy something which is what I did and the manner of which the first lady with the short grey hair dealt with me was appalling and the need to be trained on what they can and can't do and how they talk to people if they hadn't I'd spoken to me how they did I would of been of that space within a couple of minutes.

Professional service and friendly staff work here

Mostly daily i go shopping at the petrol station, as i work very close. The staff saw that i speak English very well. Recently, they posted a vacancy, saying to ask for a form to fill. I asked 3 times, they never had forms. I've noticed all the employees are white British, so this makes me think they are simply racists. I'm thinking of alerting the authorities, as the area is very cultural diverse.
