Paid 55 for laminate fitters turned up today thinking I was going to fit it myself and the owner spoke to me on the phone and saI'd you didn't ask for it not what you expect so I had to pay extra or it would have been taken away I'm disgusted I'm disabled live alone a word to anyone thinking of buying from him don't bother he's a plant pot the fitters were good tho !

order a carpet gave size of 6mx4m came today 9/12/13 to fit charged £30.00 for fitting and £40.00 for underlay totaling £190.00. only to find they had pieced the later half meter of the carpet meaning they had not cut the carpet to the size i had supplied NOT A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER AT THIS MOMENT. I WILL BE SPEAKING TO THE PROPRIETOR TOMORROW TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE.

HiI phoned up Mere Carpets and spoke to Mike, I explained that I wanted some carpet edging I wanted doing and that I didn't have any transport to get down to his shop, I was going to down on the bus, Mike then said he would pick the carpet up from our house and return it the next day which he did. He just charged me for doing the job, and to my amazement he did NOT charge me for delivery. What a fantastic fella.And I mean that, and in this day and age there is NOT many people who would do that. THANKS MIKE.
