Trafalgar House Pensions Administration Limited

My original dealings with them went smoothly but when I’ve asked for the money from one of my pensions I have been fobbed off with all kinds of excuses and then told to submit my queries via email.Marvellous idea for them as every time I email them it generates an automatic response saying they have 10 days to reply.Every time I query that they add another 10 days to replies.However still haven’t had a reply to the emails that are over 10 days oldPOOR PRACTICE and don’t trust them- they think that my money belongs to them

.they were supposed to do something a week before the given deadline and didn’t. Because they did not complete this ( they were given a long time to do so) we have to wait another month to move house when we have been waiting 2 years because they missed the deadline when they could of.

Horrendous experience. Has taken over 2 months for me to transfer a small pension, and have been made to go on pointless govt courses. Shameful financials services practices, withholding money, while still charging their fees.
