Excellent 5 star service provided. I tried calling other services before I found Merseyside discount heating, but others were either too expensive or couldn't see to my boiler quick enough. Will defo be using this service again as they were very friendly and professional on the phone and gave a prompt call out. My boiler was sorted in no time so would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help asap and appreciates sound customer service which can be hard to find nowadays!

Boiler started making some worrying noises, contacted Merseyside Discount Heating was very easy to arrange a call out. Boiler was fixed after some detailed tests and any concerns over potential future replacements were raised. Really professional and easy to book. Massively appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant service! Greg arrived to sort out a fault on my boiler. Showed me photos of his work done (no need, very trustworthy!) and for a reasonable price! Really happy with Dave and his work. Both ourselves and our son needed boilers servicing at both our houses. Dave responded quickly, did excellent work and was great value. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Greg came round at very short notice as heating wouldn’t come on. Spent about an hour with the boiler and ended up fixing it without needing any parts. He wouldn’t accept any payment and couldn’t have been nicer. Will definitely use again for any similar problems. Highly recommended.

I wanted to share, what great service I have received on servicing my gas appliances. If you want a company that delivers in a friendly manner, experienced engineer as Greg who did my work, look no further.I have had companies over the years , come and service gas appliances very poorly, waiting ages to book a time slot, one who left me with no hot water or heat a few weeks ago, no interested in customer service or care to sort the issue out. Sorry to say , some not so good companies out there.What a pleasant surprise finding this company, to have someone turn up, be knowledgeable, polite, explaining the problems in a common-sense way, great customer service.I have no problem booking them, again.

Excellent service. Managed to fix in 24 hours what scottish power couldn't in 2 weeks. Was very polite and courteous, kept us up to date and informed on what he was doing and will deffo use again. Kept his number.
