Do not use this taxi firm! Absolutely awful company. Extremely rude driver!! Never again. Avoid at all costs. Zero rating as that is what the driver deserves but had to put 1 star to post. If you're so precious about your car then don't use it as a taxi.. Never have I heard that you can't put your handbag/bag on the floor of the car, you have to keep it on your lap or put it in the boot.. Ridiculous!To your reply below, one get the correct customer and location of pick up! What a stupid ridiculous reply.. Just goes to show what an awful company you are. If you can't take criticism then your company will never better themselves. I'm entitled to my opinion of you. Extremely rude man.

I got great service. No other taxis were able to help me at such short notice so I will definitely use this taxi again. Super helpful, quick and efficient and gave me a price that was accurate and straightforward! Car was clean and tidy. I really appreciated the booking in advance. I recommend Dracula Cabs. Marius is always on time, and I know I'll reach my destination within the specified time. The atmosphere in the taxi is always great; Marius has a fantastic sense of humor, and the journey always passes by faster than I could imagine. The car is always clean and fresh-smelling. I've used other Yeovil-based taxi firms in the past and always experienced rude service and unreliable rides. First time in a Dracula Cab today and I'll never call anyone else again! I called to book the night before. My driver was prompt, friendly and even threw in a little pep talk to brighten my morning! I love that there are tips for travelling safe in a cab on the website. Can't recommend Dracula Cabs enough!

Driver very nice. I always was happy from this service. But this time i think I Paid too much.. from Stiby road to hospital is around 2 mins way. It was sunday and the road was very clear but i Paid £15... I didn't have a time for speak about it in taxi because i need to go to work and i Paid It. But in my opinion the price is a little bit to high even it was sunday (9am not night time)

The driver ensured that I was comfortable throughout the journey, and was a good conversationalist. Music from my home country was an unexpected bonus. Excellent service.
