Bristol Street Motors SKODA Darlington

Car wasn't prepared (bodywork and interior faults) when we came to initially pick it up; we took delivery the second time and are still waiting to get issues resolved. We paid over the going rate for the car and the service provided has so far been poor.

Got a good px for my car, staff friendly and do not pressure you, Michal showed us round our new car explaining what everything does and set up our phones

Purchased a used Octavia (19) back in May from Bristol Street Motors Skoda Darlington and the car has been great so far with no issues !Brian Dod from the sales team was excellent. He knows all things Skoda and took the time to respond in detail to all the questions I had regarding the car, it's history and other general queries I had. The car was well prepared for purchase after agreeing on a few touch ups etc. I have a warranty and service plan with these guys so I'm sure things will continue to go well. Brian and David (sales manager) even stayed later on the pick up day to accommodate my schedule which was appreciated! Highly recommend!

Matt Prest has been the most amazing person. He has been warm and welcoming and nothing has been too much trouble. We’ve had an incredibly smooth journey from the moment we stepped through the showroom door to driving away in my new Skoda Karoq today. Matt explained everything so clearly and he was wonderfully patient with someone who doesn’t necessarily find modern technology - or automatic cars - particularly easy. I bought a car from here about a month ago from Graeme Russell. I'd never financed a car before, and wasn't sure on what I needed to do etc.. Graeme was extremely helpful in explaining and getting me the best deal possible, and finding me a car that suited me best. He was patient with me as I test drove a few cars, and he wasn't pushy at all! After I had picked up the car, I had a little bit of an issue with the tracking of the front wheels and had to pop back into the garage a few times... I dealt with Ged from the service team, and she was amazing... she explained everything to me and kept me in the link. The car has been sorted and it is absolutely amazing.I'd definitely recommend this garage for a car... I'll be returning for sure! Thanks Graeme and Ged!

I have a Skoda city go car had it from new, took it in yesterday for them to look at the body work as going rusty round the petrol tank. They said it had previously been repaired it had not, and it does not come under warranty. I no it has not had any body work done on it so the warranty on it for ten years is a load of rubbish and the service manager at Darlington was not very nice so I will be but from them again.

A very professional team and servicing crew. Keeps you informed on progress and no extra work done without consultation. Pricey? What main dealer isn't now? But at least you feel valued as well.

Outstanding service, from booking a test drive to receiving my vehicle was about four weeks. Lewis was awesome talked me through everything made sure I was at ease before driving off. Very efficient handover.
