I wouldn’t bother going here for a big Xmas shopping trip. Fined by the parking company for being too long in the shop because there’s only a handful of staff, which put unnecessary stress on them, and also keeps you in the shop longer. £40 down now a month before Xmas.

Whilst the shop is well stocked and has a great variety I did have an issue with 2 staff members. I witnessed them be rude about a customer and act like high school bullies. When one of the biggest priorities in retail in customer service and you have staff acting like children you have to question what type of environment they want to foster there. Some staff were lovely but the bad ones ruin the stores reputation.

Well stocked but limited decorating ie paint and wallpaper dye to single floor space . With a garden centre attached. I have found their prices have risen quite a lot so not quite as value for money as some other retailers.

Can be a bargain if you know what things cost elsewhere. I bought Miracle-Gro Patch Magic for £2.99. The Range is selling it for £7.99

Cashier ( Wendy I think) was lovely, very friendly and helpful. They handled items with care and offered to wrap up my mugs for me so they didn’t break in my bag. Thank you very much!
