Absolutely shocking company. Purchased my order on a Friday on a 3-5 day delivery ready for the following weekend. Called on the Thursday to check was coming, told by the really unhelpful Darcy that it would probably come tomorrow. Still not here the following Tuesday to be told that they might be able to get it to me by the end of this week. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, ABSOLUTELY USELESS. CANT BE TRUSTED. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. Not even worthy of one star!

I ordered 2 pieces of Gloss Turquoise Acrylic Sheet, paid for 'Economy Plus' delivery, supposed to take 3-5 working days. Arrived after 13 days and 2 phone calls. I ordered 2 pieces 1690mm x 700mm, got one piece 1685mmx68mm and one 1687mmx68mm. And they were not square, they almost looked as if sawn by hand. Avoid this company.

Like a number of posts these guys don't deserve one star. Im writing to let people know it's best to avoid. We had a completely incorrect item delivered (Wong size and opacity) in effect someone else's order. we spent over a month simply trying to acquire our original piece and this was never forthcoming and so we have spent 6 months trying to get our money back and still haven't been given our money back.

Absolutely brilliant!We read a lot of the previous reviews and the newer ones are much better than the older so decided to go ahead and use them.Really good quality; especially for the price, perfect fit for specific sizes and shapes and quicker delivery than we expected. The replies over email were quick and well written and made it very easy to work with the company.Would recommend to anyone looking for acrylic and to ignore the older reviews as they’ve obviously had a change at some point and upped their game.Definitely will use again if we need stuff again.

We purchased two panels and when they arrived, one was cracked. Then when our fitter went to install them, it was discovered the panels are transparent in natural daylight. This means you can see whatever his behind your panel, including the adhesive. I contacted the company and they are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 due to the fact that these panel are not fit for their intended purpose. Their customer service department seem to be stuck in a cycle of saying due to the fact it’s a bespoke order they won’t refund one of them and quoting their T’s & C’s. This is also a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as no matter what the company T’s and C’s state, if the product is deemed as not being fit for its intended use, it breaches the act. Furthermore, there is nowhere in online and distance selling laws which state a company’s T’s & C’s can refuse a refund due to an item being not fit for purpose, (regardless of the item being “bespoke” or not) and states that the customer has the right to cancel within 14 days after the item has been delivered. This also states there doesn’t need to be a reason for cancelling, yet in this case, there is a genuine reason… this red acrylic is not fit for its intended purpose. Would you want a transparent shower panel where you can see the adhesive? Do not use this company, or their affiliated company The Polycarbonate Store UK unless you’re happy with substandard products!

I ordered 12 sheets of clear acrylic, paid for 3 day delivery. After 3 days, no sheets, so I rang to check. I was told that they would check with the warehouse and get back to me. No communication received and next day I rang again only to be told there was a problem in that my order had not been processed. I was assured that it would then be a priority order and would be delivered next day. By 6 pm the following day nothing had arrived, and on checking the tracking details, the carrier (TNT) had reported the delivery site inaccessible. I managed to get the sheets by going to the TNT depot. Apparently their 7.5 ton vehicle couldn't reach me, which was ludicrous as I have had much bigger deliveries. In fact the next morning, my immediate neighbour had 10 ton of aggregate dropped off. I need another 24 sheets in a week or two, and I will be looking somewhere else. A shame really, as the product was excellent quality and the cheapest price around

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Worst customer service i have ever experienced!! The first time i ordered i ended up driving to the warehouse to collect my order as i never received when i should have, and after multiple times telling me it had been dispatched it hadn't! Second time i ordered (accidentally didn't realise it was the same company) paid for express delivery and still haven't received my items! I have called to cancel the order and hope my refund will be received ASAP. How they can treat customers like this is beyond me! Their google reviews say it all! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered an acrylic sheet from this company and paid for next day delivery. A staff member contacted me the following day saying my item was damaged during loading the night before and was promised delivery on Monday. The item was not delivered, I called the office at 3 pm and was told someone will call me back, as suspected no one did. I finally received the panel which was of very good quality. I still haven't received the next day delivery refund that was promised.

Ordered and paid for a sample, it never arrived. I called them and they could not tell me when it had been dispatched. I said I would accept a refund, because if they cant send out a sample, I didnt have much confidence in them sending out an order. Was told refund would be processed. Unsurprisingly, they did not give me the refund, and I had to call again to get the refund. There are some good acrylic companies out there, I suggest you do what I have done and go elsewhere.
