Looking for a place to produce a pine blanket box for my mum, came across Yorkshire pine factory and looked at the website. It said to WhatsApp dimensions to request a quote on their website as it still does. I sent it along with a full description, could see they make them as they have pictures all over their website. I rang to check I had the right number and said they’d received it and I’d get a quote the next day. Nothing. I then waited 3 days after the bank holiday and still no quote. Sorry but given that this was a present for my mum it’s absolutely disgusting and unprofessional to have had zero update and then receive a blunt message after I chased to say ‘sorry I can’t help’. What a waste of time. Really unprofessional. I highly recommend going elsewhere if this is the standard. No explanation nothing. Go to a place that deserves your hard earned money and is professional and friendly.
