Cottenham Park

having lived here for nearly twenty years it is the best thing we ever done the park is lovely the neighbours are smashing so do why not come and join us

My dad recently moved here from Hertfordshire and when he first suggested looking at park homes because he wanted to downsize, we travelled to many places in his local surrounding area, but they were either overcrowded, noisy, unkept or too rural.I was a little deflated, but we decided to broaden the search and came across this amazing gem hidden in the heart of Cottenham village.As soon as we drove into the park, it was like a breath of fresh air, immediately you could tell it was well maintained and cared for by the park owner and the residents that live there.We LOVED it and needless to say Dad went on to purchase a beautiful brand-new Prestige Sonata.He has been living there for a month now and was made to feel welcome straight away by the neighbours who are really friendly and are there for you if needed.It is everything we wanted, a safe quiet place to live with all the local amenities you need for day to day living, and only a few miles from Cambridge City.I live in the USA so knowing that my dad is happy and secure gives me such peace of mind. The park owner Grant Miller has gone above and beyond in helping to make this transition successful, we can’t thank him enough for all that he has done. I only wish dad had moved here sooner. We have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful park to any future residents.

Cottenham Park is a great place to live well kept with nicely looked after properties, very quiet, great neighbours and close enough to shops and bus routes what more could you want.

If you are considering park home living, we really cannot think of a nicer place to live. After down sizing 3 years ago, we have never been happier, very well maintained by the owner, with a lovely lakeside area. It has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I have lived on Cottenham Park for 13 years now and have found it to be friendly, well kept and quiet. It is nice to be able in the Summer to take a walk around the Park which has 2 lakes with an extensive green around, plus seats to sit and contemplate nature or read a book. Indeed in the past I looked after my granddaughter who loved to play on the green, obviously with supervision because of the lakes, and we used to watch the fish, the swans and ducks She also liked to invent games for us to play. Now she is more grown up I still find it therapeutic to sit or walk down by the lakes on my own or with friends, who are always very impressed by the peacefulness of the Park. I wouldn't really wish to live anywhere else.Valerie Apperly

Cottenham park has a friendly atmosphere, and has lovely well kept grounds. It is well managed and is only a short drive from Cambridge.

This is such a lovely park, quiet but in a village with all the amenities you need for day to day living, and only a few miles from Cambridge.

We at AIRWAVES AERIALS have worked with Grant at Cottenham Park for many years and have been impressed by the standards he requires from his subcontractors. We have noticed the excellent upkeep and very high standards of the park homes and the appearance of the site achieved by Grant every time we call.

My mum lives here, its a lovely friendly place to live, mum loves living here and has made so many friends.
