Grade 1

I have been to this hairdresser for the past 5 years and have been satisfied with the haircuts that I’ve had. I went for a haircut recently week and had a wash, cut and style in under 20 minutes. It was the worse haircut I have had in a long time and I won’t be going back.

Did an excellent job cutting my 3yo sons hair, he was really nervous but Ivan made him feel at ease. We will definitely be coming back

Grade 1 is excellent! Professional and friendly staff, delicious coffee and biscuits. Reasonable prices and great value as their stylists are so talented. Zoe has given me a wash, cut and blow-dry a few times - I completely trust her! I always leave feeling great. I'll be back! Feb 2023 Update: Had another fantastic haircut and style from Zoe! Always highly recommend Grade One.

I booked a haircut with Zoe yesterday.I'm a bit apprehensive about getting my hair cut as I struggle to find a hairdresser who understands that I absolutely don't want a round,bouncy 'do'!Zoe was excellent at listening and being very patient with my probably rather unclear direction of what I wanted.At no point did she make me feel that I was being difficult ( which I probably was Ha! )She went really carefully,step by step so that I didn't end up with a drastic cut that I would have hated and been stuck with for weeks.I am so relieved and impressed that I finally got a cut that is just the way I like it.I was also pleasantly surprised to find that I was charged less than I expected because I didn't want a proper blow dry.I will definitely be back for my next cut with Zoe at Grade One.

I am a regular at Grade 1 and love their service. The cuts and colour are great, and staff are super friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've tried few other hairdressers in the area but this is my favourite. Customer service is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and personal. Lily is fantastic and Aiden does the best head massage. I highly recommend.

5 stars are not enough ⭐️ Zoe is absolutely incredible, I could not recommend her enough! I am the most indecisive person and she literally reads my mind and gets it spot on every time.Her knowledge and skills are out of this world, she never fails to amaze me. I have complete trust in her.I just wanted to mention Aidan and lily because they are also just as incredible. You have such a strong, friendly and supportive team and I love coming into the salon. I will never take my two children to another hairdresser. The Grade 1 experience is the best. Great hair cuts, friendly staff, warm atmosphere. Love it.

Fantastic experience and very good value for money. Had my hair cut and dyed and was unbelievably happy with the results. Manager gave me very honest, helpful advice about dying my hair which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
