A great experience from the point we met them for a demo at the . Very informative and is well planned on the delivery (properly project managed by professionals). The after sales team helped everystep of the way and customer supper is excellent. I would highly recommend enquire with this team before looking elsewhere so if you do go ahead it's led by a very thorough team.

This is the 3rd hot tub I've had from Hydropool (Sussex) and neither the product nor the team support provided have ever disappointed. This time our main point of contact was Will (in sales) who was extremely knowledgeable about the product range (without being pushy) and provided excellent , before and after sales service. Will, with an electrician in-tow, came round for an on-site access and feasibility assessment. The tub was duly delivered and install by two experienced Hydropool engineers. In all it was just two weeks between walking into the showroom and taking our first dip! Thanks again Will.

Spoke to Linda in Spares customer service about replacing my pillows as I had returned my faulty ones 3 weeks ago and replacements were sent out swiftly by DPD. I missed the delivery but rearranged after a card was left. Linda was very helpful and an asset to Hydropool. Thankfully I'm able to use my hot tub again.

Their after care service is always available and no matter how small or big your question, they are always there to help and offer advice. if you are thinking of buying a hot tub, make this your first (and only) visit.
