What a brilliant Estate Agency! Seriously, not a phrase often used, but Luke at Crabb Curtis was brilliant from the very start of the process right through to completion day.Couldn’t of asked for more, professional, courteous, responsive, effective, I could go on.The sale of my property happened within a few days and Luke handled everything from the advertising, viewings and all throughout the sales process kept me informed of progress.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Crabb Curtis they really know how to sell houses. Don’t bother phoning round different Estate Agents just go with these guys.

We have used Crabb Curtis for many years managing a flat rental and they have been absolutely superb and always found us great tenants. It’s very noticeable that they are a family-run business. Always “on the ball” and super responsive. His contact with our solicitor was also very good, and on the day of exchange he called us as soon as the funds had cleared, meaning we could get into our new home ASAP. Excellent service from Luke at Crabb Curtis. We were selling my aunts home after she went into a care home. From the valuation through to completion Luke was so helpful and hands on. The house was unoccupied for a while and Luke would pop round and deal with things and help us sort out little issues. Communication was excellent.
