Car wash one of the best on Shirley,I recommend to everyone.I been hire for more than 3 years and I never have any problems and the staff is very friendly!

I must say I’m very shocked in seeing 5 stars for this company! If I could I would give it a 0 star!!!!!!!Paid for a GOLD clean and what I got was a very bad wash and vac.My car still had dirty water marks all over it, all of the instead of the car door didn’t get cleaned, didnt use no shine on any of the interior (they probably didn’t have none of that too) didn’t get the air fresher because they didn’t have any left even tho the gold clean states you get one.Had to ask them to put car paper mats down again also included in the gold clean.Honestly hands down it probably was the worse clean I’ve ever had and I also paid £5 extra then what I normally do at my normal car wash.You do not get your moneys worth here so DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have been going to car washes all through my life & I am very fussy about how my car is cleaned & SF Valeting is the Royal Family of car washes as they set a high standard & the people are all very professional & always go far & beyond for the customers.They are like my second family & all Car Washes should be like SF Valeting in Solihull.Keep up the amazing work & if you want your car looking new again this is the place to come & they are worth more than 5*Raj

Went for their Gold option. As you can see they even not wash and dry the dust properly and it start dripping from door handles, side mirrors and boot door. Did not clean the inside properly. Just messed with car to show they’ve done some jobs. Did not put any air freshener inside either to show off they have done something. Charged £25 for normal car and called this as Large-SUV car while they confirmed at the beginning. Persist to get cash to pay. Deny to accept my complain and start argue! So just paid and left. I get my car everywhere around the country and never seen this kind of car wash service.Never recommend this car wash.

Opted for the Gold service for £20... Y'all be the judge of if its worth from the pictures. If anything the car looks worse than how it went in. My local car wash does an absolute stunning job for a fraction of this cost. Avoid!!! At all costs. Also, reading from some reviews here I can see why the employee/manager was so insistent on me waiting in the room and not watch them do the cleaning. NOT RECOMMENDED!EDIT: After owner reponse - The fact that u have to brawl under every review shows the quality of your service. I don't need to prove anything, it's right there in the pictures.

Went to get my Galaxy cleaned this morning. Opted for the silver option (25 pounds) for seven seater.It is conveniently located and they did a good job, except towards the end where the guy doing the vaccum got tired I guess. This is evident from the shoddy job that was done with the last row of the vehicle and the boot as well. Pics attached for reference. I was asked initially if I wanted to upgrade to the 'gold' option which I declined. To me, it was all good till the end which is equally important. Also, no air freshener even for a 25 pound job which was quite disappointing.Will check out other places instead of returning.Edit After response from owner : I did not mention anything about the pet hair not completely gone at all in my review as you can see. It is quite clear from my pics on what I was referring to. Key for any business is to own up to suggestions for improvement and being open to honest feedback. It was clear the employee was tired and did a shoddy job towards the back end of the vehicle. My pics do show the good job that was done in the first and second row of seats. Nothing to do with pet hair. Good luck with your business. I will skip another chance for sure now, due to the response. Good luck!Regards

Manager very disrespectful!!Brought my car for washing the guy wants me to go inside a room I have explained am happy to watch my car he says next time don’t come here.One of the most disgraceful disrespectful person ever and the cleaning is not the best.

Brilliant car wash, always do such a thorough clean and even have books and toys in the waiting room that kept our little boy entertained.

This is the only car wash I use now, I moved from Solihull to Bromsgrove this year and still travel back to have my car cleaned by these guys..

I was really pleased with the service I received. Car washed, dried. Vacuumed inside including the boot. Windows cleaned inside and out. Very efficient quick service. Various options of what you want to pay - mine was £20 - gold service. I will be back
