Popped in today no one on Reception. I checked garage and someone saw me but ignored the fact I was waiting. Going to another garage.

Used Eclipse-Protyre for my last few services and MOTs.. Went into replace my break lights and were done within minutes. Real trustworthy guys.

Not long moved to the area and the second time I've used this garage for an MOT . Very happy with the service, friendly and helpful. The car needed some minor repairs that they were able to do at a reasonable price. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you.

Awful experience, cannot recommend at all.Took my car in for an MOT and had them fail it for ‘seriously worn’ brake discs. The gentleman in the garage called them “absolutely rotten” and insisted they needed replacing ASAP. This came as a surprise as the discs looked fine to me, and the car was exhibiting none of the problems normally attributed to worn discs.The gentleman proceeded to tell me that the discs are a main dealer only part so he’d have to call me back with a price. The call never came, so I went back to the garage where the same gentleman shrugged his shoulders and told me to go to a dealer. Completely washed his hands of it.I did exactly what the gentleman suggested and went to my local brand dealer, who looked at the brakes, said they were absolutely fine and did not need replacement - they recommended taking the car for another MOT at another centre. I did just that and had the car pass no issue. The tester in that centre told me, “the computer said you had another test recently where they failed you on the brakes… they’re lying to you, there’s nothing wrong with them”. He also told me that “of course” aftermarket discs were available - he could get hold of them within the hour if needed.So, if you want your time wasted, have fake faults invented, and then completely blanked and ignored, Protyre in Alcester is the place to go.

Karl and the team did a great job on my car; very helpful explaining everything and working within my time frame. Even reduced a cost as he wasn’t happy with the finish on the headlights that got repolished (even though they looked a lot better than before, practically new looking!).Well worth seeking their help and services whenever you need to.

Took my sons car in for an MOT, car was MOTd a year ago but as he's learning to drive, the vehicle has only done 400 miles.I was shocked to have defects, repair asap. CV BOOT severely deteriorated on both sides.Minor advisoriesBoth lower suspension arms pin and bushes wornTyre on off side rear worn and perishedI took it to another garage and on the ramp to find the major infringements CV boots like new .The MOT tester found lower arms and pins with no problems and no problem with the rear tyre.Also found frint light bulb was broken but not picked up on the MOT.Looks like they're creating faults that are fake. I'm reporting the garage to DVSA and getting an independent inspection done on the car with a view to take further action.Be aware . Very poor service

Wouldn't use quote d for two tyres on Friday went to have fitted on Monday and price when,t up by £10 .tires were in stock so not new delivery

I would not hesitate to recommend Protyre to anybody! I use this garage repeatedly because the service they offer is completely above and beyond. They are so helpful and super friendly and always go to extremes to make any issues you have so easy and stress free. As a young driver I would not go anywhere else, Shaun and the team have helped me so many times with short notices and emergencies and always do everything they can to help me out, especially with things I don’t understand! Thanks so much guys!
