Forced to use this public method of communication due to no response to repeated messages left on their answerphone.Sold a 7 seater Volvo to mechanic Geoff/Jeff on their premises on the 31st May 2018 on behalf of a very vulnerable relative. Mechanic did not have the details of the new purchaser so offered to send the V5 documents on to DVLA once completed*. We have now received a notice from Glasgow Council stating that the car was used in a bus lane. Relative who has not driven in almost a decade is now being harassed by bailiffs for £175 and when contacted by DVLA this company denied knowledge of sale.I will leave another voicemail today and expect a call back on Monday.*understand that this is essentially our problem, but also this is a trusted business that has worked on our family's vehicles for years. I had no reason to believe that it had not been done.
