Staff member was aggressive towards me and claiming she's a manager. Very duty attitude when I'm trying to pay my hard working money on a ring for my sick sister

This is a great place to shop if you want good quality jewellery for an affordable price. the customer service was great, the lady behold the till was very kind she even re-measured my ring size just to make sure she got it right will definitely be buying from here again

Friendly and helpful staff, I'm not the easiest of customers as I ask lots of questions and can be very particular but the staff were very friendly and patient, answering all my questions.It was a really good price, and my boyfriend liked his necklace so it was a win win.

went into stratford warren james wednesday 24th august for a browse but I would like to say the three ladies that were in today I have always had a pleasent experiance with, they are friendly and always seem to be having a laugh while involving me as a customer which makes my experiance at the shop even more great.

Great place to go if you’re looking for some reasonable prices and good quality elegant looking jewellery. If you pay extra you can get them gift boxed and wrapped, definitely recommend.

I would have sang the praises of this shop but sadly my opinion has changed as of today. Recently I bought a ring for my son. No problems. Great service, friendly and very reasonable prices.My husband bought a gift for me on xmas Eve but sadly the ring was too big. We went to change the ring today and the lady seving us spent ages fiddling with the ring. Taking it behind the counter and then showing it. She said it had a scratch. I said it is not possible as the ring went straight in the box after trying it on. I said the scratch must have already been there. She flashed the ring in front of me....I asked where the scratch was....there wasnt one. She then continued to fiddle with the ring as though she was cleaning it. She said I cant exchange it. I said why not? She said because the stone is cloudy. I said then you sold it that way. She said sorry I cant exchange it, you must have used some cream as the stone is cloudy. I said I didnt use any cream. I said the man to the left of me said we can exchange it if the size was not right. She still refused and said he didnt serve us pointing to the initial on the receipt. I said he came out and measured me when I was outside the shop and said that when measuring. The lady said let me check with my manager. Still we were refused an exchange at this point. Then when my husband said he would express his opinion of how the shop operate on social media and when I got louder to explain that the ring had not been tampered with in any way the manager soon agreed to exchange. The ring was swapped for another style as they did not have a smaller one of my original. There were two rings of the new design, one was 19.99 which was in the left window and the other 29.99 which was the same price as the original ring and in the right window. Very cheap. However the ring given had been retrieved from the left window where the 19.99 ring was displayed which they insisted was 29.99.Firstly buy with the intention that you may not get an exchange and secondly check where your ring has come from and that you have the correct ring displayed.

The shop is very well lit, almost blinding. Clean and well arranged, the assistants are polite, helpful and efficient. I couldn't locate the item I wanted to purchase, but they said I could order it in, and suggested a few other places in the immediate location.where there was a possibility of finding what I wanted.

I bought a pair of creoles for my mom. When I tried to help her to put them on one of them suddenly bended. I went to the shop to try to change them but all the staff could do was to tell me that there is nothing to do as it is not a manufactury problem. Not helpful at all. My mom can't wear them like that. I don't think gold bend so easy. I paid money for poor quality and poor customer service as well. I don't recomend their products at all. It is nothing but cheap prices paid for nothing. I am deeply disappointed.

I just received a diamond engagement ring 2 days ago which, unfortunately was one size bigger. I went there to change it and I was refused because apparently" my ring had scratches. Indeed
