Heidi in the showroom really helped navigate us through all the choices and with Paul and Tom doing an excellent job in fitting the bathrooms, we now have beautiful and modern bathrooms. An excellent service throughout, from choosing products, a home visit to plan and measure up and the all the work for fitting the bathrooms, which was done very professionally and with minimal disruption. I booked Country Ceramics in to totally refit my family bathroom after a flood last year. They offered a full design and installation service in a hassle free way. The install was delivered as promised and slightly before time in a very professional way. The level of detail in the workmanship was unbelievable without any services being subbed out. I would highly recommend Paul, Tom and Heidi.

Our family bathroom needed a full make-over and we chose Country Ceramics to advise us and do the work for us. The refurb was done to a very high standard with improvements made that added to the overall quality of detail and finish. Ian did an amazing job for us. Non-stop from start to finish, he was also a tidy worker, keeping dust etc to an absolute minimum. It took slightly longer than planned but the final job is amazing. Many thanks also to Heidi for her help and guidance in choosing tiling, bath, flooring and taps etc. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Country Ceramics.

Very Bad experience with this company. Job was poorly finished and no willingness to rectify the faults. Job was done a long time ago but ive had so many things go wrong - always left a very bitter taste in my mouth

In the end we managed to get what I would call a good DIY quality finish but probably the most frustrating and disruptive bathroom upgrade I have ever had to endure. Problems started when items for the bathroom weren't available when it came to installation despite them being secured by an upfront deposit. However, the main issue was around the level of care during the installation (which was minimal) and resulted in levelling compound being poured onto a floor with the skirting boards removed by the installer so that it flowed down through the ceiling, damaging the decoration on the lower 2 floors (see photos). On the positive side, Country Ceramics did (eventually) part rectify the situation and also returned to repeat certain pieces of the installation so that it was to a more competent level of installation. Specifically there were examples of poorly cut tiling (see photo) resulting in stepped rather than straight edging, a shower pump installed over a bedroom and fixed to joists so that it vibrated and resulted in an unacceptable level of noise to anyone sleeping there when the shower was used (a quick check of the plumbing blogs highlighted this as a rookie installer mistake), which was rectified by getting an elevated platform fitted above the joists in the bathroom which the installer then came back and moved the pump to.All in all, a very disappointing installation given the other reviews for this company. I'm not sure if it is because they're now rushing their installs or if the installers used have changed, but I would urge caution as you never know how good (or bad) a company is until things go wrong!
