Had the delight of ordering from this business to cater for a family gathering. Ordered most items of the menu and all items tasted great! They catered for someone with an allergy too.Guests' favourites included the chicken fried rice and mutton kothu.The store front is a chippy but it seems they have the perfect infrastructure for the food they serve.Communication was good, food available on time, cooked fresh on the day and importantly: DELICIOUS.I will be coming here again from London just for their food.Thank you guys for your incredible food! Rochford is very lucky to have you at their doorstep.

Not impressed at all with this new takeaway Kothu 4 U which is selling Sri Lankan food in the chippy. Ordered in the chippy where it is based and told we’d have to wait 15/20 mins but could deliver which was fine. After 40 minutes and still no delivery, walked to the takeaway to collect the order but it hadn’t been cooked. Waited another 15 mins and only when I asked for a refund due to the food not appearing when it suddenly turned up. Got home with the food to find they had got our order wrong. We ordered Mutton Kothu and Chicken Kothu but they gave us Chicken Kothu with egg and Vegetable Paneer. Very annoyed after being messed about so much. I hope whoever got our Mutton Kothu enjoyed it as I didn’t enjoy your Vegetable Paneer. The takeaway said the next time we visit we could get a Mutton Kothu. I don’t think I’ll be going back here anytime soon!

I’ve missed Sri Lankan restaurants since moving out of London. So relieved to find this place. Absolutely delicious.
