Hearing Wales - Cardiff

Came here today at 11:45am to have my ears cleaned as I've had loud ringing like a train constantly running through them for weeks now due to a wax build up and could not hear properly at all due to it, doctors couldn't do anything as ear wax removal isn't on NHS anymore but recommended I try Hearing Wales to get them clear, I sent a message and a phone call later I was booked in within 2 days time to have my ears sortedThe staff were knowledgeable, very friendly and Tom (I think it was) was professional and fab at explaining what he needed to doI had micro suction and a little bit of irrigation with warm water pumped into my ears to drain any wax and it took less than 20 minutes for both ears to be cleared and I felt the wax get flushed out and can finally hear again crystal clear nowI've been suffering with bad ears for years on and off as I have small ears and a tiny canal, I've been palmed off by my GP whenever I've had an appointment just to keep taking drops and I'm prone to ear infections after having a cold as the pressure builds up and affects my ear drum so I have sensitive ears on top of a small canal and after my visit today I know where to come again when I have trouble with impacted ears to have them sorted outWould definitely recommend can't thank the staff enough for booking me in at short notice and for getting my hearing back on track again

Wonderful service from a caring, thoughtful and professional team in treating my 97 year old father yesterday.Nicola was so helpful on the phone and so welcoming on arrival and Tom was very caring and sensitive when treating my father.He walked in totally deaf and left hearing and with a smile on his face.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hearing Wales - Cardiff.

It can sometimes take time to arrange an appointment at the Pantbach Rd. clinic, but the staff there are always pleasant and helpful. The treatment I have received has always been excellent, and helped me greatly. I come away with my hearing greatly improved.

Hearing Wales - Cardiff provides a first class service both from a customer care and technical perspective.I was first referred to hearing Wales when I lost my hearing aids couple of Christmases ago. They had been purchased through Boots the chemist and on claiming I was told that a company called Hearing Wales would replace them. At the time I was somewhat reticent to leave Boots and go to the new supplier.However some two years later I am so pleased that this happened as I have had nothing but a first class service from Hearing Wales, sorting problems advice on the phone and appointments when you need them. The technical knowledge and quality of calibration done by Tom is excellent with everything well explained.Nicola who runs the office for Cardiff is a perfect advocate for excellence in customer service and nothing is ever too much trouble.It's actually a pleasure to visit the branch and I have never come away dissatisfied and anything I needed was promptly posted. As an individual who has experienced their service willl know that no problem is too small or big for them to assist you with. No long waiting appointments saying there's nobody here from audiology today.I thoroughly recommend them, will continue using them for the rest of my time. It was one of those times when I felt losing my hearing aids was going to be extremely painful but turned into a long-term relationship with an excellent supplier which surpasses all expectations that I had.I am happy to elaborate on any of the above but if anybody is thinking of using Hearing Wales and reading this please have no hesitation whatsoever you will be entering a first class service that will look after you.Mike Mullett

Had a real problem with ear wax build up in my left ear. I visited my local clinic in Rhiwbina and received excellent service & treatment from Nic and Tom. The blockage was cleared in 5 minutes-fantastic service!

Great customer service. I called today at very short notice with a minor hearing aid problem. Although I wasn’t an existing customer, they sorted out the problem quickly and professionally. I’ve been with Boots for some years but Boots customer service has got much worse. Hearing Wales have just gained a new customer. Highly recommended

Friendly team and very fast and organised. Online appointments don't seem to work at the moment(error on the form) however, no problems over the phone.

I'm really impressed with Hearing Wales. They were the most competitive at the time of buying and since have provided excellent service. Microsuction - wax removalI live in Cardiff where there are a large amount of clinics to chose from but I will always come here.The service is absolutely fantastic and the price is very competitive. Tom is brilliant and the reception staff extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.I use ear plugs daily and due to that along my ear canal shape I suffer from wax build up to the point where it’s painful and my hearing is distorted. Then just one visit to Hearing Wales and it’s all back to normal again.Thank you :)
