The Gym Group Kings Lynn

Am loving my time at The Gym Group in King’s Lynn. It has a great atmosphere and the 30min classes are just perfect if you don’t fancy using the equipment all the time. Big shout out to George my PT. He is motivational, knowledgeable, super patient with me and listens to my needs. So glad I joined up

Been using this gym for the past 9 months, having PT sessions with Liam during that time, enjoyed every session. Always clean, tidy and friendly staff & gym goers

One of the few 24 7 gyms around but it is very spacious, well equipped, friendly staff and a nice range of classes to choose from. I suppose the only down side is that if it surpasses 30 or 40 people in capacity, it starts to get too busy for my liking.

Fantastic gym! Staff were incredible both approachable and helpful. Spacious, great atmosphere and fantastic energy! Big shout out to one of the staff members (Liam) for his support and making the experience all the more memorable!Would definitely recommend :)

I’ve been at this gym since it’s opened and it’s brilliant. The range of equipment is good, 24/7 opening times are beneficial and the staff are excellent.I’ve had a number of sessions with Darren, his knowledge and expertise is fantastic, I’ve learnt so much from him and The Gym Group are very lucky to have him.Special shout out to Liam too for helping my friend and I out recently too, very professional and it goes a long way! By far the best gym in the area.

The worst the gym group gym ever. I've been using the gym group for the past 2 years and I've been to a lot of different branches. This is by far the worst. Its so small. Onoy enough for one of each equipment. All the treadmills were full. When I did get on a treadmill it was shocking. Couldn't even change it from miles to kilometres. The speeds all felt off, did not have a good workout. I will be swapping gyms. Its just way too small and the kit isn't great, adjusting some if the kit was very hard as it was stiff.

Absolutely amazing gym! Good equipment! Lots of free classes. Lovely atmosphere. All PT’s are brilliant, especially George, who has lots of experience and is always there to help.
