I have never experienced such a shoddy company and a total lack of customer care. 3 times a collection number and time is given to me and 3 times no collection excuse , can't find address even when supplied with a map reference lat and long. No phone message requesting help just a no show. Phoned the customer care number and fobbed off with We are now closed, some two hours before closing time and then go to your phone company its nothing to do with us!!.

Useless. Drivers on a Friday can’t be bothered. Promised Saturday not delivered. Ruined weekend as changed plans and a paid for extra quick delivery came slower than if I walked it
