This is on the surgery ONLY I went to register today as I have just moved to stanground and I am diabetic so it was very important to register asap I was greeted by a frosty receptionist (why do these type Not people friendly) always get these sort of jobs ??? I walked out of the surgery with the registration forms and knew as I left I would not feel comfortable or at ease with this practice DR's Please take note we the patients need to feel comfortable and at ease walking into the surgery and on the phone please employ friendly people who put us at ease not a frosty welcome shame as it seemed a nice surgery
