I've used JI Estates for a recent sale which, after initially falling through, eventually sold, although this was due to market issues caused by last year's mini-budget. The team at JI provided an excellent service from start to finish, as they have always done: I've bought and sold several properties through JI Estates over the years and they have always provided a friendly yet efficient service and I cannot recommend them enough for all your buying and selling needs. A+++.

JI Estates were amazing from the outset in what turned out to be a long house selling process. Steve was friendly and approachable when he came to do the valuation and photos for getting the house on the market. Toby and Tom who took care of the viewings and subsequent sale, were always on the ball and saved my sanity a few times during the process. Always quick to answer emails and respond to any queries and issues. I will always be recommending JI Estates to everyone and if I ever decide to sell again I wont go to another estate agent. JI Estates acted in the sale of my property and were also the estate agent for the property we were purchasing. We dealt with Toby throughout and he was both knowledgeable and very personable.Toby and his colleagues marketed the property well and were on hand throughout to provide support during the sale/purchase process. Our dealings with JI Estates were excellent from the outset and remained so thoughout the process. The property listing included a well made and very helpful video tour on the agency website, and what we saw was very much what we found when we had an in-person viewing. It was also helpful to have one main point of contact, Toby, who was excellent and a model of polite efficiency both before and after contracts had been agreed. I was particularly impressed by the responsiveness and regularity of his communication, primarily be email which suited us, but also, when needed, on the 'phone. All in all a very positive experience of JI Estates indeed.
