This upgraded Caffè Nero is a definite improvement over the older ones I've visited across various locations. The coffee shop boasts a contemporary and inviting atmosphere, complete with a generously sized bookcase positioned at the center, adding a charming touch. The establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness, offers quality coffee, and is staffed by a friendly and welcoming team. It's a refreshing alternative to well-known American coffee chains such as Costa (a Coca-Cola subsidiary) and Starbucks.

Such a long wait in the queue for the worst coffee shop experience going. Staff don’t have a clue what they are doing, cannot make simple alterations to drinks that the likes of Starbucks would do easily. Some staff were rude and abrupt at even the suggestion.

We were made very welcome. The place had a lovely atmosphere and ambiance with the seating area surrounded by shelves of genuine books. The food was very tasty and the staff were amenable and friendly. Would recommend.

Came in the other day before work ( 06:30 ) staff where sound , shop very clean . Can not believe this used to be a chippy ( rubbish one at that ) . Still very good coffee. Update 07.08.23 still come here most mornings still very clean and great coffee

Modern, clean coffee shop nestled within a retail park. Next to a Subway Sandwich and a Greenhalgh's bakers. Large carpark surrounds as well as multiple other shops.Friendly staff.

Met up with my sister for a coffee. My dog was made welcome too. Lovely atmosphere. One of my favourites for a coffee. No stars given for food cos we didn't have any but looked fantastic.

What a lovely place to enjoy a coffee etc the decor was filled with lots of books and the odd items off the old days. Brilliant place to bring your dogs as all are welcome

Amazing Caffe Nero, first time my daughter and I have visited this one. Staff were lovely and prepared my order as requested. Decaf coffee was lovely, you would never know the difference. Altogether blended beautifully with nice frothy oat milk. I have installed the app on my phone now, so I will definitely be going again. I can highly recommend a visit.
