I have been working from Liscard Business Centre for around 5 months now and couldn't be happier with the service I've received from John, Lauren and Lisa.For a first time start-up owner, I wasn't sure where to start when it come to finding office space.After a recommendation from someone I trust, John was the first person I spoke to and he made sure the first few months of being an entrepreneur were as easy as possible for me.If you are considering finding office space for your Wirral start-up, then you must come and take a look at Liscard Business Centre - so many of my clients have said that they were surprised at how good the facilities are here.I will always recommend LBC to other business owners and would have no problem being a reference for John and his team.

I've been happy with my virtual office and I'm even more pleased I decided to rent one of the physical offices. It's been so easy and convenient and the team on reception are super helpful and friendly. And I don't miss getting stuck in traffic trying to get through the tunnel.

The new 'pod' offices look fantastic and are ideal for self-employed people making the transition from working from home to creating a more professional image for themselves and their company. It also creates a better working environment and the meeting areas are brilliantly kitted out with high tech touch screens making it great for client meetings and business pitches. Really impressive set up and well worth having a look at.

Uniti Solutions has been based at Liscard Business Centre for 3 years now.I have been really impressed with the services of John Byrne and his excellent staff on reception.John continually invests in improvements for the Centre, recently investing in high speed internet which is a must for our online training which has increased during the recent Covid-19 situation.The offices are vibrant both in décor and variety of the businesses that have Pods or offices there.Although I am very happy with the services, I am most impressed with reception. Liscard have answered many calls for me when I am not available and often for enquiries which might otherwise have been left unanswered. Within the last 6 months 2 of those calls resulted in clients who matched my ideal client profile.For businesses wanting a professional office base with superb facilities, a fully manned reception and call answering service, I cannot recommend Liscard Business Centre enough.

Having had offices in the past from other providers, I was somewhat jaundiced and found myself working from home after the lease expired on a grotty, leaky high street workshop/office.But it was fast becoming clear that this was uncomfortable, space limited and far from being the best use of my time. I had had a Virtual Office with John at Liscard Business Centre for some time and so jumped at the opportunity to relocate to one of these newly created micro-serviced offices.I can honestly say that every aspect of the Liscard Business Centre experience is flawless. Reception is well run with always a smile, the premises are immaculately clean and the HUB area of 1-3 person micro-offices has been newly constructed with an eye to efficient working & clean, quirky design. There's even boiling water on tap, all usual kitchen facilities and a great working atmosphere - great for ad-hoc networking. There's 90 minute free on-street parking outside and free on-street parking only 2-3 minutes walk away.Delighted to have made the move and more than happy to recommend. It's transformed my business.

Started a business at Liscard Business Centre in 2010 and only left because the centre could no longer accommodate our specific needs. This was no fault of the Business Centre itself or the superb John Byrne who owns it. I could not recommend LBC any higher to anyone looking to start out, like we did. John, and his staff, are so accommodating. John always runs an immaculate centre and constantly looks at ways to improve (if that is even possible). I have not been back to see the new ground floor layout but I will make sure I do next time I am in the area.

AllPoint Consulting Ltd has had its registered address at Liscard Business Centre for the last five years as part of their “Virtual Office” Service.As part of this service the superb reception team handle any mail that is sent to the office and we are notified by email of any post that has arrived.We use the fixed address as our Google Business address, allowing us to have an even higher visible profile through internet searches and use this address on all our correspondence.We continue to make considerable savings over our previous supplier of a virtual office and receive a higher level of service too.I’d like to thank John and his team for the excellent service that they provide to us, for their professionalism and I can fully recommend Liscard Business Centre to any business.

We have been with John and his team at Liscard Business Centre since Summer 2017.It started with a virtual office facility which was great for having a registered office somewhere other than home. Quickly it crept into using their telephone answering service which saved us countless hours and not to mention the importance of missing calls.We soon grew and rented out a 1-man pod which I mainly used to get away for some quiet whilst working on projects. Then we needed another seat so moved to a 2-man pod for a bit more room.Now we have a 4-man office upstairs with our own segmented 100mbps leased line which John has kindly facilitated to accommodate our business growth and needs for running an IT Business.We would not hesitate to recommend John, Lauren & Lisa at Liscard Business Centre for any business growing or established and we hope to be here for a very long time.
