The people who work here are are super nice! I come here once in a while. Maybe 3 times in a year. It’s usually quite busy but they work very efficiently. Today an element in my burger was wrong and they changed it in speed time and I got complimentary fries - even though I could have really checked my order the first time before I left to make sure it was right. More my fault than theirs. Anyway - good eggs working here and fresh food always.

Busy place as its in a high footfall dining area. Highly productionised and electronic board gives your order number which you see moving up the queue. Not sure how a burger bar can have atmosphere! Yes its very noisey inside and out. Whoppa deal with regular coffee and fries £9 strikes me as too high for a quick bite. Coffee nice, burger very light on mayo but I guess you ask for more if thats your thing. Fries repeated on me the next day. I was sick the next day but probably a coincidence. Started to get stomach cramps prior to visit. People complain of slow service but this is very busy and kitchen was well staffed. Quicker to get served in person than using display. Order asap and know what you want before arrival.

Staffs are really bad. They always serve cold food at least 20 minutes after the preparation. Food quality is also bad. Staffs, soecifically two beard guys, look like they reluctant to do any jobs. Food and tabkes both are unhygenic

A pretty average Burger King located in the food court at The Galleries. The service was a bit slow and the food was just average I would say for a Burger King. It would be good if they had one of the Coca-Cola Freestyle Machines like some Burger King’s have and it would be handy to have a self-order machine. The staff were friendly. It is disappointing that they still use plastic straws not paper ones.

Food was horrible and caused both me and my friend to be unwell after.The staff member at the till was very rude and not helpful at all when I was asking questions. Won't come here again.Good social distancing measures are in place. Good cleaning of tables.Dine in now available.

Literally the slowest BK on planet earth and has been forevvvvvverrrrrr. Food good when you eventually get it. Book an hour out of your day.....
