a complete shambles - my watering can doesn't have as many holes as his hosepipe - stormed off without clearing the job so didn't pay. looked at top rated people who cleared it - there was a brick stuck in it !

Very bad service by this company. don't get back to you. claims he changed a £2 part and charged me the best part of £200. my issue was still not fixed. fails to pickup his phone or call you back. fails to reply to messages. eventually my son sorted the issue and only cost £5 for a permanent repair. stay away from this guy.

Excellent service. Was quoted over £600 for replacing a blocked gully that had settled concrete, I rang drainright and this was fixed for me for £120 saving me a lot of money.

They never provided the DVD of the CCTV of the drain, in spite of many calls, and it was included in the written quote.
