As a first time buyer James was more than happy to go through absolutely everything with me and went above and beyond to make the full process as easy as possible… from sorting out the best mortgage deals possible for me to recommending a solicitor to use.I will be going back to monarch in the future and using James for his services.

Absolutely brilliant service from Erin. She sorted out remortgage which included buying out our help to buy. This was a lengthy and not straightforward process and Erin was very informative, positive and helpful throughout it all. Joel Wedegren helped us with our mortgage. Due to our circumstances (expats etc), getting a mortgage was more complex than usual. Erin and the Monarch team were incredibly helpful in our mortgage applications. We had a particularly complicated situation where our previous mortgage had been redeemed with an ERC and only a few months left on the rate to port to a new mortgage. Erin worked hard with the mortgage supplier to get us on to a mortgage with complete repayment of the ERC and the old mortgage ported over to the new one. Highly recommend their services.
