Great place. Clearly working so hard to look after the rescued animals.Came here for the sheepover (Sleep for Sheep) and had a great time. The sheep were really friendly and the whole set up of the camping worked really well, with toilets, bbqs, live music and other stalls all set up for the guests.

They do great work looking after a variety of dispossessed farm and equestrian animals that would otherwise have been destroyed. This is obviously a labour of love and they deserve our support, even if it’s just a visit to see what they do and get acquainted with the lovely cows and horses.

We adopted Robbie 12 years ago he was about 4 . Sorry to say but He died last year after having a heart problem.He had been rescued from the pound and found out that travellers had chained him up as a watcher dog for guarding.

The most amazing hidden gem. It’s a beautiful place well worth looking out. Meet the animals, volunteer or attend one of their fab events. Family run, entirely reliant on donations and volunteers.

Absolutly love this animal sanctuary and go to as many of their open days as I can. While only small the love and devotion they have for the animals that come to them is mighty.Id love to be able to volunteer there, and definitely recommend visiting them on one of their open days.
