I’ve ordered today got the extras I paid for with chips no beans no tomatoes no toast and I paid for the big breakfast they covered the whole thing in cheese it’s vile. I can’t eat that I want my money back.

If only 0 was an option, food came an hour late after ordering from Uber, then when we tried ringing no one picked up ( we must have rang 20 plus times)Order was wrong and coffee was cold,Wouldn’t order here especially if you have a time frame or are hungry as we waited 2 hours from when we ordered.Not happy customers - mainly due to the lack of customer service.

One star is too much!Ordered via just eat. Took 2 hours on an early Tuesday afternoon. Delivery refused as husband had to go to work before arrival.Tried for one hour to call the cafe. When eventually got through, was told not having a refund as they had tried to deliver. They think 2 hours is reasonable!? For a 10 minute cook time and 10 minute delivery journey!?They eventually reluctantly agreed to refund after arguing rather than being sorry or discussing in a sensible way.Husband also told he was lying about calling as the phone had not rang. Call history proof is on his phone. No apology or anything.Spent two hours waiting and more than an hour trying to sort it out.It’s simple, if you can’t cope with the orders or deliver, don’t take them or offer it as a service.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, THEY CLEARLY DO NOT CARE. CUSTOMERS WILL NOT RETURN WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE. JUST GLAD WE DID NOT HAVE ANY FOOD IN THE END. WHAT WOULD THE FOOD BE LIKE PROVIDED BY PEOPLE THAT BEHAVE LIKE THIS.

As you can probably read from other comments. 1 star is definitely far too much.i ordered from the restaurant at 12pm. i had to leave the house at 2pm but i thought that this wouldnt be an issue. how wrong i was. 1.33pm the food should have been delivered. i have been calling the takeaway and i had also been chatting with Foodhub who were no help. they couldnt contact the place either.2pm came around and i had to go otherwise i would have been late.i recieved some missed calls which turned out to be the delivery driver.i eventually got into contact with someone from the cafe. they werent helpful at all. i explained the situation and requested a refund. i was told to go back to food hub for it. the takeaway then refused the refund after food hub requested it.im still currently trying to get my money back. the food was left outside on my door step and is ice cold and the driver must have dropped it too as all the food and beans have spilled out and are over the bag. disgusting attitude and behaviour. shouldnt be allowed to trade and definitely shouldnt be on any apps

Ordered food at 12.00pm for an adult and a child via Uber Eats. Received a notification that it was being prepared, then a further notification saying it was on its way. It comes to 13.45pm and I receive a message saying the order could not be fulfilled and had been cancelled! Nearly 2 hours waiting for it to be cancelled, despite being told it was already prepared and on its way. Not happy at all, left with very unhappy children. Will NOT be attempting to have from here again.

Ordered through Uber eats only for half the order to be missing. Was told would receive the rest of the order after 30 mins waited 40 mins and rang back and was told it’s still on there to do list as they are busy. Asked again how long and they said they would need to ring the driver and then cook the food. Waited another hour and rang them only for them to now ignore my calls. 3 hours after originally placing the order still waiting. Very bad service wouldn’t recommend.

Visited this cafe and was impressed by the clean and friendly atmosphere.The Spanish omelette was absolutely perfect, accompanied by delicious fries and baked beans. I also indulged in a Tuna sweetcorn mayo sandwich with a side of fries (I was very hungry) and it was spot on.The service provided by the young lady was excellent.Overall, a solid 10 out of 10 experience. I'll definitely be returning.
