Would highly recommend RK flooring. We recently moved and didn’t hesitate getting them in to sort all the laminate and carpets in the new house. As in the first house they did an excellent job. Completely transformed and modernised the hall, stairs and landing. As well as the bedrooms. The job was done quickly , to a high standard and not over priced which is a bonus. Thanks Ryan and Team

Had 3 bedrooms to do in laminate flooring. Supposed to turn up at 9am. After an hour wait, I called the shop and was told they had gone to do a small job 1st. I expressed my concern at not wanting a rush job but was assured that it wouldn't be. The 2 lads turned up at 12 and were nice lads. They went straight upstairs and got to work. They. I made them a drink and took it up to them and asked how long it would take for all 3 rooms and the main guy told me 3 hours. I thought that was pretty quick but assumed that they were just that used to doing it so left them to it. At 3pm they told me they had finished and loaded up the van pretty quick. They were supposed to fit some beading downstairs but asked if they could come back the following week to finish that as the guy needed to pick his son up from school at 3.30. I agreed to that and had a look over the job and seemed fine so paid them. On closer inspection I found that I had got the rush job that I didn't want, especially with the beading, with angled ends falling off and skirting board pulled off the wall with the power of the nail gun and they forgot to bring the door treads. Also we asked for the brick effect and they charged us 10% extra. They did a reasonable job but they didn't line up with the middles. They came back a week later to fix the corners of the beading but again didn't have time to do the downstairs beading or bring the door treads.after a few weeks of calls and promises to turn and put right my issues it became apparent that they had my money and I was no longer important to them. I had to get someone else in to do the beading and never received the 3 door treads.To sum up, reasonable install but late to turn up, rush job, no time to come back. Don't care once the money has been paid.Wouldn't use them again!!Thanks for the reply to my review. Had to laugh at you suggesting you had us sorted in 24 hours!!! Ironically your reply is 24 months after your promise to return and you still haven't been back to do the work you have been paid for!! JOKER

Did all of our flooring in our flat and it looks AMAZING! Would recommend to anyone! Ryan was always on time and very polite and professional to deal with.

Very fast and speedy service, cheapest quote in the whole of liverpool. Very friendly service only took about 30 minutes would highly recommend.

By far the best price you can get for the top quality of carpet and service. Ryan will come and measure everything up and everything is included in the price with fitting. I will be using him again in the near future!

Had my full house fitted by RK FLOORING.. From going into the shop an choosing my floor to the finished job I was so pleased with the quality of service. Very helpful very professional shopped around locally for other prices and these beat it by a mile!!!Would definitely use again.. Thank you

RK flooring fitted a bedroom carpet for me just before Christmas, the underlay and carpet are great quality and the fitters were really brilliant. They managed to fit the carpet despite the obstacle course on the landing nothing was a problem. I couldn’t believe how quick they were and their work is so neat and tidy.
