I can highly recommend Acute, called out to resolve an issue caused by another contractor. Steve the engineer was polite, friendly and professional. He quickly identified the problem, explained the process clearly to me and kept me updated. Problem resolved and area left clean and tidy. Brilliant service all keeping to Covid 19 regulations

James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided.They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in.They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard.From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy.I would highly recommend Acute. Spent a few hours giving gas boiler a service as it had been playing up, but left us without hot water or heating overnight as he could not get it going, both of us are pensioners with medical problems, that cost me £80. Next day paid him off and got it sorted elsewhere.

Had a problem with the thermostat, Acute came out, replaced the unlts at a very reasonable price. Would recommend.
