I have eaten ther e a few time there big breakfast and iv had Sunday lunch there quite a few times but just recently thay have closed after getting a 3 star higeine rating of the food council dose anybody know if thay intend to open up again or stay closed such a real.shame it was a nice caffee nice reindley staff realy good home from home cooked food please open back up.soon.

I don't dislike it, I walked past it on my way to the post office, but didn't go in. I've heard it's good as I think they used to be in the market & they were good there, if the same people.

I have always rated pollys cafe as you can always count on nice food and good service,But I ordered an afternoon tea for delivery for my moms 70th birthday today, I was disappointed with the way it came all wrapped in foil thought it would have at least been on paper plates or something and the cakes were wrapped in foil so most the cream ended up stuck to the foil rather than on the cakes, I made an amendment yesterday yes it was short notice but they agreed to add an extra person and I choose cheese as the sandwich filling, but received extra corned beef and tomato the person didn’t like tomato hence why I asked for cheese, I was also asked if I wanted the cutlery supplied as they offer this service and they would collect at a later date I was so excited about this little extra touch as I didn’t have to go out and buy a cake stand ect, yes you guessed that was also not supplied and was to late to go and get one, the poor driver didn’t know what to say when I asked him about the cutlery, he did offer to go back but I told him it’s not his fault, so yes it was ok but the little touches that would have made it extra special for my moms 70th birthday was missing,

Cant cook chips to save their lives! This is second time I've had dark brown chips! Its caused by old fat/oil......I sent my meal back, and guess what came back? Dark brown chips again. Old oil or fat is carcinogenic people! Change the bloody oil !

Another beautiful meal at Polly's tea room. Val and husband make you feel welcome. It's like home from home, and the food is really outstanding. I do advise anybody in the Brierley Hill, to try this little cafe you will not be disappointed. And everything is cooked freshly each day.
