I visited today for my first time having a Hollywood wax, Niamh was amazing made me feel so comfortable and was very chatty and kept my mind off what was happening, I have booked to come back for my next wax in 4 weeks and also booked to have my legs done. thank you so much!

Natalie is lovely, really friendly and makes me feel very welcome.The heated couch is a treat and makes you feel very relaxed when having a treatment.

Extremely disappointing customer service. Having been delayed by road works I arrived 5 minutes late for my eyebrow appointment - where I was then informed by Kelly B that I was almost 10 minutes late and there was no way could be seen, with no attempt to offer an alternative appointment within the day. The tone of the interaction was incredibly rude when I had been very apologetic. I was charged for the full service 2hrs after the appointment by email. This is not what I would expect from an establishment I have been going to for over a decade and will NEVER be returning as they clearly do not value their clientele, and I will be sharing this with my friends, family and local work colleges

Disappointed with service!Having been delay with work , called to change an appointmentYes it was only a hr or so beforehand but couldn't be helpGot offered another app, which I appreciate but then being charge twice as I changed appointment and didn't remove deposit cost over £30 for an eyebrow wax !!!...won't be back in a hurry ..

I went in today for the first time, for a wax and it was a lovely experience. Natalie made me feel very comfortable and she was super lovely. Looking forward to go in again!!

Thank you for making me feel relaxed and comfortable. My movements are limited after an injury but I was reassured and accommodated.

Lovely relaxing session with Kelly. Eyebrows threaded. Tootsies looking FABULOUS after pedi. A really pampering experience. Hubby commented how I'd returned home with a big smile on my face. Already looking forward to the next one.

A lovely visit to the salon today and Natalie was friendly and calming ready for my treatment.Highly recommend the beauty treatments on offer. My appointment was early due to a cancellation and very accommodating to get me in before my holidays.
