Artificial Grass GB

My husband and I love our grass. We can’t fault the service, the workmen and the quality of the product. We have had nothing but compliments (even from people who love their real grass lawns). The dogs using it everyday is not a problem at all. Why didn’t we do it years ago? Our garden is ready for us to relax in when we want. No more hard work before we enjoy the garden

Artificial Grass visited me within the week to provide a quote the same week I called. They arrived with samples of all types of grass and have an exact costing for each after sizing the area.When I selected the grass I wanted they arranged a date to fit there and then. The fitting went ahead as planned and was kept informed at each stage, there is nothing I can critique. They did a fantastic job and I am really pleased with the result.

I rarely leave reviews unless they will really benefit people. This company measured and quoted on our lawn. The difference here is the preparation work was superb they spent hours laying hardcore levelling etc. They then spent an lot of time making sure the lawn was laid perfectly to the point they filled every gap around our 180 degree pond fence. We are now 10 months in and it's the best money we spent this year!! Only thing you will need is a good garden vacuum to keep it clean. Our 3 & 5yr olds love it! The cheapest is NEVER the best! Pay that bit extra get it done right! Ps no weeds at all 10 months in ❤️

So pleased with our grass installation! Transformed our garden and the gentlemen that came were very friendly and hard working!! The companies communication is A* and even though we had one slight issue they came and sorted it immediately and efficiently! My children have been able to enjoy our garden all summer (regardless of the weather!) thank you! I have already recommended to you many of my friends!

I recently had my garden fitted with artificial grass and it looks beautiful. I shopped around and was pleasantly surprised at how affordable these guys were, and from ordering to fitting seemed seamless. The fitters were very professional and took pride in their work. I would r strongly recommend this company to everyone.

Placed an order on what seemed to be a really good offer with delivery due within 5 days, heard nothing for a week then found out that apparently th couriers had lost the order. Was told I could have a refund or they would send it out again, 2 days later I was told they didn't have it in stock but could purchase similar but a better quality and pay the difference. The refunded me my initial payment quickly but it was 2 weeks after my initial order.

Got my order wrong by over a metre the 1st time, then got the replacement wrong again by another metre. The order was also cut by an amateur who couldn't cut it straight. They decided to blame me for their wrong cuts, told them I had cctv and can show it was rolled out in that state - their response changed then. No responsibility taken and offered a ridiculous discount on next order (why would I order again when this allegedly lasts for decades?) but wouldn't bother going to them again give the poor service. Claim that this is first time this happened to them but reading other reviews it clearly isn't. Need to work on their customer service as blaming customers for their mistake isn't the way to go!

Purchased a roll of artificial grass after searching all over for a supplier who could offer what I wanted at a competitive price.After visiting the premises at Bradford and choosing from the range, the roll was delivered has arranged and actually put in a position by the drivers so that I could simply just roll out after the ground was prepared.From start to finish we found Artificial Grass GB to be great to deal with and would highly recommend.My neighbors are still a little jealous!
