TUI Holiday Superstore

We went here to book our 2024 holiday to Cape Verde on the 28th of September. Louise booked our holiday and was superb, explaining anything we were unsure of and letting us know all our options and what we needed to do before we fly.It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend the store to anyone looking to book a holiday. We will definitely be going back to this store book another holiday!!!

Went to get my travel money today, walked in to such a pleasant smile on a new member of staff Hannah. Took the time to ask me about my up coming holiday and just paid an intrest. Will be returning to this store again

Met Clare today in store who helped us book our anniversary cruise for 2025. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable of cruises and Barbados. Helped us choose the best hotel to suit our needs and most importantly listened to what we wanted and didn’t just push us towards something we didn’t want.I would recommend anyone to one in and see her to book any holiday. We will definitely be back.

Where to begin, flight to our destination was a joke. Had a guy being absolutely vulgar and the air hostesses that were on did nothing about it. I just had to laugh at what was going on. Also had a kid hitting my seat and his hands on side of the seat touching my elbows, which was blooding annoying with his mom doing nothing except shoving the seat forward and back and again nothing was done. Can honestly say worst flight experience ever. Then we go on to the all inclusive, again let me repeat all inclusive hotel. Private balcony yeah bull…. Look at the photo and see for yourself. What a joke. Then the bed, broken springs and a lovely stain on it too and then towels given even had stains on them too, also to top it off kids running down the hall and every 10 - 15 mins doors slamming like they were coming off there hinges. Complaints to the hotel were useless. Food and drinks were like a hostel, smelt terrible, probably serving cats as there stray out there . Had to pay 4 euro a night for air con and 10 euro each day for sun-beds on the beach. Wish I could have money back for a supposed all inclusive, had meals out at other restaurants as I only could stomach three at the hotel and I was there for 7 nights.

Went into the tui superstore back in October to collect currency for our trip to the States and was greeted by the lovely Olivia. Olivia was very approachable and eager to help with everything I needed! She made the whole transaction easy and fast. Overall Great experience!

Clare is amazing!Clare has helped in booking me and my partners holiday the last two years. She knew exactly what we are looking for and booked us both amazing holidays. she is so helpful!Clare also helped me book a surprise trip to Barcelona for my partner we were having loads of difficulties on the day booking the trip but Clare was amazing and contacted various people to help me get this booked. Clare is now mine and my partners go to travel agent to book all of our holidays at TUI.

Have been in to this store on numerous occasions. I have never had to wait long and the service and knowledge of the team has been fantastic. On my last TUI holiday to Jamaica, Sophie recommended a brilliant hotel and we had one of the best holidays we have ever had. We had fantastic service off Jodie too and she helped us out with our excursions and currency. An excellent seamless service. We will definitely be looking to book our next holiday to Cuba with them

In all my years of travelling with TUI (which is many) I have never experienced such professional service from a TUI employee than I did with Charlotte. She didn't have to help me as I booked my holiday online but I feel as though Charlotte deserves a mention as she is the most outstanding TUI employee I've come across. Thanks again Charlotte

Was greeted by a pleasant smile on today’s visit to the Wolverhampton store. Goes by the name of Hannah. Great staff, it’s where your holiday starts.
