Great service from Richard on our used caravan purchase, from the Cranham branch.And now another great experience, for the purchase of a brand new caravan, from Mac and Paul, at the Hatfield branch.Unfortunately the defects on or new van have still not been fix over 3 months after agreeing to take delivery, with a promise of fixing after taking it. This is some 8 months from when I was originally supposed to take delivery, it's not Cranham Caravans fault, but Bailey for not making the parts available. I wished I'd never got evolve in a new purchase now

Caravan sales and service facilities. On site shop for caravan and camping accessories.They are now agents for Bailey caravans.There is caravan and motorhome storage on site. This is very secure with electronic and padlock entry via multiple entry gates and hard standing for the caravans. The whole area is also covered by multiple cctv cameras. There is also a free to use large wash bay within the storage area.

When we first got there they did not want to serve nearly walked out and wish we didSales argue with youI will never use them againIan is a liarAnd Luke need customer service training girls were lovely although messages never passed onI am still waiting for a petrolcap and a key as the alarm system did not work and they said they would suit outI am reAlly upset with the service as they are local to meFor anything wrong Ian said just come to out shop to buy it ,,,,I asked for a canopy to be put on and marks were made down the side of the van…..So so disappointed

My wife and I bought a used swift accord from cranham caravans. Luke Simpson dealt with the sale. He's a very polite knowledgeable young man and handled the sale very well. We later phoned in for advice in setting up the computer and spoke to a young lady called Beth who was also very helpful and patient. Overall we would recommend this company

We brought a caravan from Luke and found the purchase and PX of our old vehicle went without any problems would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will use them again when we are ready to upgrade as the caravan we purchased was in excellent condition and they could not do enough to make sure we were happy with the purchase

Very happy with all the staff at Cranham Leisureslales Essex especially Paul . We had a Bailey Phoenix 420+ and wanted to upgrade to 440 Phoenix with a fixed bed. Paul gave us plenty of time to make our decision because we were selling a virtually new new van only months old . On the day we picked up the caravan the van was ready for inspection with everything working including running water which we have never had buying caravans before . On our first trip we had a bit of a problem with the jockey wheel after reporting it to Paul he has arranged for it to be checked. I would certainly recommend this company to our friends and family.

Stopped off to collect an item we had ordered via their accessory shop. Ann was extremely helpful, & knowledgeable. We also spoke with Luke in Sales & will be remaining in contact with him as we are looking at buying a new caravan.
