Been trying to get a medical form filled out back in May that should of been handed back in 21 days it is now September. I've been told it was sent away 3 times now and it has not been. Very unprofessional

I have lived in Auchenblae for about 12 years and every time I have dealings with the surgery they have been super professional and extremely fast.I feel sorry for the people you hear about on the news who have to wait weeks to see a doctor.
