Bought a high end bag for my wife and over time the piping started to wear. I was dreading thinking I needed to get a new bag as she loved it. Discovered this shop online and they were absolute first class. Good knowledge and the amount of high end bags they had in the store repaired to a high standard gave me confidence. Highly recommend, Mrs is happy and I know where to go if anything like this happens again. Thanks guys!

Aynur is amazing and fixed a really bad stain on a white bag! The dark stain was at a really visible area of the bag (right next to the logo). I tried to remove the stain myself with leather conditioner which also made it worse (the lambskin leather started peeling off apparently), brought it back to the store and no luck. Aynur was so patient and kept going back and forth with it to get it to a satisfactory level, she's done such a great job and I am so happy with the result! You can tell Aynur really puts her customers first and really care about the bag. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! My old favourite bag zip split - I thought it needed replacement. However after consultation with the shop owner, it turned out only the sliders need to be changed (less complicated and cheaper). My bag also received nice conditioning. Super happy and highly recommend - thank you!

My very first Michael Kors bag was in need of a repair. It was very precious to me and I really wanted a very good repair effected. I found the perfect place in Bag Repairs London. Darren couldn't have been more helpful. Rather than have me take the bag into his shop, he allowed me to send it, gave me a quote, repaired it beautifully and returned it to me. I am delighted with the work completed and am so happy to have it back. I can recommend this company unreservedly for their superb workmanship and customer service.

Brilliant service! Superb customer service. Really responsive and attentive. The clasp of my Chanel handbag had completely fallen out. I was gutted and thought it wasn’t repairable. But they fixed it! It’s brand new now…like it never happened.

Excellent service!! Highly recommend Bag Repairs London for their professionalism and outstanding service. Had my Chanel bags deeply cleaned and one recolored. Handbags were very well deeply cleaned and caviar leather was conditioned and shiny afterwards.My faded and dark stained pink maxi matte caviar bag was colored back to pristine condition. Thank you so much for the lovely service and taking such good care of the handbags.

They were terrific. I can’t recommend highly enough. They were super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, utmost professionals and very prompt. They are true experts and so friendly and helpful. Just be sure that you go to 18 Old Brompton and not the luggage shop next door!!
