SMART Repairs are absolutely brilliant. I cannot fault the service I received. Our car was damaged in a minor hit and run. The insurance advised us to go to one garage but down to the customer service provided by Rob when I went in for a quote I chose SMART Repairs. I'm really glad I did, they've done a cracking job and I would recommend then to all. Friendly professionals who walk the talk.

As soon as I entered to the reception I noticed that Smart Repairs modern workshop on Weaver Street, Leeds was clean, tidy and well organised. I took this to reflect their standards of service and workmanship.Sure enough the standard of work completed is really good. I think the technicians spent extra time to ensure quality of work.It was a tricky piece of work due to the location of the damage. Now, you would not know the door had been damaged.

Took my Fiat 500x into Smart Repairs for very badly scratched Drivers Door. Had cheaper quotes, but liked the way that they wanted to keep the vehicle overnight rather than do a rush repair same day. Was totally worthwhile! The door looks superb [With the whole door sprayed"] with perfect colour match to the rest of the vehicle. Fully recommended and will return if ever required. Two photos are attached - One prior and one after the repair."

Chris Letts came to repaint the chips on my alloys he wasn’t sure if he would be able to match the colour an hour later and not giving up he got the perfect match thank you so much Chris for your amazing work

I have used Smart Repairs, and formerly Dent Repairs, on a number of occasions for small paint repairs, paintless dent removal and wheel refurbs. Always been very happy with the quality of the work, the time taken and the price. Have recommended them to a number of friends and would definitely use again when the inevitable happens.

A piece of tyre hit my brand new Audi A6 on the motorway making a nice deep gauge in my bumper - not ideal! It also hit the worst place of the bumper that has both black and a metallic grey trim too.I had seen Smart Repairs work on some very high end prestige cars by one of their mobile team called Tom and was really impressed with the level and quality of finish, so I gave them a call and spoke to Ian at Leeds head office who was really helpful on the phone and assured me it's something they could repair. I booked it into their Leeds site the following week to have it done while I wait.The waiting area and facilities on site great, allowing me to work from my laptop while I wait with tea on tap! Very clean too.Within a matter of a few hours the car was ready for inspection, and I have to say for such a complex area of damage with several thin pieces of trim and two different colours I was absolutely amazed by the finish!The was actually a better finish than factory, which can suffer from orange peel on modern cars - being an automotive photographer by trade I've got a keen eye.See my photos for the before and after results.All in all very impressed with the service from start to finish and big saving on having the whole bumper removed and fully repainted.
