I had a very bad experience with home Mk clean and strongly advise others not to use this . I had booked one off clean with them and had to pay initial fee before a cleaner can be fixed. My cleaner texted me on the day of the planned clean , saying said she is going to be 2 hrs late as she had other commitments. This left me in a very difficult situation as I had guests coming over to my place. I rang this agency multiple times and left voicemail as well as emailed them too for either arranging another cleaner or pay me a refund on the services which I have not used . This has been ignored and I have not received any response from this agency . They have not even bothered to arrange a cleaner on any other day given that I had already paid the fee. I feel deceived and will take this further.Edit: I have now received a refund (15/2/22)

Homeclean MK is a great company, who always provide cover when needed. We have a regular cleaner and if for any reason she cannot attend there is always an alternative. Competitive rates and fab customer service. Thanks HomecleanMK! Pleased we found you.

Home Clean are a friendly reliable service. Was apprehensive about the initial upfront costs at first but if your cleaner is sick or you require a different day, it is very handy to have the agency on hand. Would recommend

Really bad experience with this company. You essentially pay them a sum of money for a name and a number of a cleaner, then it’s pot luck if the cleaner a) turns up b) is any good. My cleaner did not come until 1.5 hours after planned, saying said she had other things to do and my address was quite far. This left me in a really stressful situation as it was urgent that the house was cleaned before a new tenant was due to move in that afternoon. I rang and emailed the MK HomeClean office for help and a refund on the services which were not provided and have been ignored. EDIT: a refund of the initial fee has now been received.

We have been using Home Clean MK for a few months now. Our regular Cleaner (Brooke) does a fantastic job despite having to contend with the dogs chasing the Dyson round the house. It’s been a huge help having the support of Jenny in the office as she is always happy to find us another cleaner if we need to switch Day or book an additional clean when our usual cleaner is unavailable.

Five months of let downs and poor cleaning have left me actually looking forward to doing it myself in future. Overall they either don't turn up, turn up late and don't do the two hours I pay them for or cleaning" is so hit and miss it is incredible. Jenny
