Just had the pleasure of using this business for the first time after the dreaded dpf light appeared on my diesel. They were brilliant! Fitted me in where no appointment existed as I needed the car fixed to get away on holiday, the service I received was excellent. Wayne went the extra mile to get my car fixed so our holiday was saved! Thank you so much, its so refreshing to find this attitude now-a-days and have pride in doing their best for the customer. My engine mgmt light came on about 6 weeks ago. AA diagnostics confirmed EGR related codes.Booked it into the main JLR dealership as it was still in it's 1 year extended warranty, and they advised it needed a full DPF and EGR replacement, quoting £2-3k+.They couldn't explain why the DPF needed to be replaced, and they couldn't explain why I wasn't seeing DPF errors on the dash or on the diagnostics. But they insisted that the DPF and EGR needed to be replaced, and that the car was extremely unsafe to drive.Wanting a 2nd opinion, and having WV Autos recommended to me, I took it to their garage. Wayne correctly diagnosed the issue within a few hours, confirming that the DPF was in full working order, and that the EGR was the culprit.He sorted the EGR there and then, and the car has been running like a dream ever since.Couldn't recommend WV Autos enough for anyone needing proper EGR or DPF diagnostics and solutions.Very happy to have found a trustworthy garage and I will be back in future for all issues/services/etc.Cheers!

Quality service . . . . What can I say! My story began with the nightmarish DPF light coming on complimented by the oil light coming on as well. Nissan X trail is still under warranty but to date don't trust my car dealer. Because the oil light was on, the DPF would not regenerate no matter how many miles flying up and down the M1. So reach out to several DPF experts" of which were suspect. However

Found it hard to find a decent mechanic that wanted to do the job. But trish and Wayne at wv auto's were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Really professional and very reliable. So happy to find a decent garage that takes the stress away. Could not recommend more

From the moment I stepped in, this garage is definitely the place that I'm going to be trusting my car to go to ,Wayne was straightfoward with all the issues my car had , took my BMW E88 118d in, had my dpf rectified , Turbo Booster hose replaced and Serviced , stress free since then.What else can I say?
