Absolutely wasn't impressed with the Customer service in this boots, I was hanging around waiting to be seen too for ages, it felt like I was being ignored by the woman behind the counter because she could see I am deaf, I will never go into that boots again, absolutely disgusting treating a deaf person in this kind of manner, ShamefulI ended walking out and going to Morrison they where brilliant with me the lady knew how to use BSL British Sign language thank you Morrisons,

Did not even acknowledged me standing at the counter for over 5 minutes. Really bad service. No one else actually in the shop to be served. Useless and visit Morrison’s instead.

A terrible pharmacy. The customer service is terrible and borderline rude. The wait times are massive and the whole experience in this establishment has left me frustrated and annoyed on several occasions. Very poor and we will be changing our pharmacy to one which is both competent and pleasant. I don't think any could do any worse.

It's hit or miss on how you are treated. Some of the staff are great, some are very poor., authoritarian hate to be challenged and make up rules to win an argument knowing that you can't have seen the rules. It's a shame some of the locums aren't properly trained in customer service.

I've been going to this pharmacy about 2 years now, I think it's located very well, enough in the store for it being a small boots store, but what keeps me coming back is how nice the staff are, all of them, very kind, helpful and friendly, I also find them quick and very efficient. X

Not the first time I have had issue last time they didn't put the instruction label on the item for a child and now not doing a prescription for a child and claiming they got it today. Had no intentions of doing it and told could get it tomorrow by the male pharmacist but no i can't and now the child has to suffer with his skin like the pharmacist was told . Thanx boots. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy for anything go somewhere else that's better service etc.

Helpful staff, level access push button door entry/exit for wheelchairs or pushchairs, doors open using handles too. It's a pity the shop wasn't a little bit bigger and was able to carry more stock, consulting room if needed, just large enough for a small wheelchair. Cash and card, don't forget to use your boots card if you have one with purchases. Prescription deliveries now carry a charge £5 per delivery not per item. I still think that is too much to charge people for necessities not luxuries. Otherwise over all good service.

Wouldn’t usually review a chemist but wow, feel like I should. I’ve had to visit here a number of times over the last few months and every single time have had trouble getting my prescription for one reason or another and by sound of other customers it’s not just me. Terrible really people need there medication, not once have I received my prescription on time and it’s pretty basic straight forward medication
