Have used Promec now on three occasions including a large scale expansion of my practice and a large extension on my house too. They are professional, courteous, punctual, and above all high quality. Inevitably there are issues from time time with any large project but they were dealt with swiftly, efficiently and with no quibbles. In a 9 week build, we didn't close the practice once and we finished the project only 1 day late because the plasterer's wife went into labour!!! Looking forward to them starting my next surgery in a couple of weeks.

I was consulted with weekly it was great to see the progress each week with my own eyes!! Lawley Dental Practice recently recruited Promec Dental to fully re-fit our autoclave room into a compliant and efficient decontamination room. They won the contract out of three companies. This was down to their response in information and attention to detail. The company head is an extremely knowledgeable lady who really understands the dental practice. We received a professionally presented quote that gave us all the information that we needed to know, not just a price. It listed everything that would happen from start to finish. Time scale, plans, item description, application. We did not have to co-ordinate with separate contractors, Promec supplied fitters, plumbers, electricians, decorators, even a compressor specialist. The only inconvenience we suffered was a bit of noise. Thankfully the dentists were able to carry on seeing patients with very little disruption. I would have no hesitation in recommending this well led company. We had a small query with our compressor post re-fit and it was sorted immediately. It is nice to deal with a company who continue to give good service after the contract has been paid for.

Promec fitted a new floor and reception in our practice. Unfortunately one of fitters moved a digital x-ray developer and dropped it. So far we've lost 6 clinical days and the team are asking me to pay engineer to repair it. Flooring guys also cut data cables so PCs are not connecting to server.To make matters worse, flooring needs to be redone!Have had to go to solicitors.Competitive quote - now I know why!

Thank you Promec for my dream dental surgery.If you need one company to supply, fit, finish and project manage a new dental surgery to an excellent and exacting standard, Promec are the guys for you. They can do it all, from building work to electrics, plumbing, fitting dental equipment etc., a true 'turn key' operation. They were extremely efficient, tidy and professional during my surgery refurbishment and aim for a level of finish you would be happy with in your own home. Better still, as they manufacture cabinetry, they can also fabricate unusual unit depths / widths as was necessary for my build.They managed to achieve minimal disruption to the rest of the dental practice and finished on schedule and on budget. They also helped us with a recent suction pump break down in a different surgery, when our usual engineer was on holiday and were up and running in no time.Promec come highly recommended. We have recently started a very complicated building project at our dental practice. After months and months of battling with planning, archeology and party line issues, we started to get quotes from builders. We have just completed our second expansion and have relied on Promec Dental for the second time to deliver on-brief, on-time and on budget which they did with flying colours. From planning to installation Promec were flawless. A true family firm. Our project of converting a listed building to a state of the art dental practice was no mean feat. Promec were true to their word on costs, delivery schedules and above all workmanship. From the guys digging up the car park to lay service pipes to the engineers installing an intra oral camera their knowledge and attention to detail was faultless.Conversion took 6 months excluding planning permission. Promec liaised seemlessly with exterior companies who provided the dental chairs, digital X-ray, suction units and compressor to name just a few. We opened on schedule and won plaudits from many, also within the dental industry, at the overall standard of workmanship. Needless to say if we had to do it all over again it would be Promec we would call. And indeed we have. Promec team back with us installing a third surgery this September to their same exacting standards .
