Abominable. My wife purchased a Riese & Müller electric bike from Fully Charged.One example of after sales support:Despite specifically coming in to their pop-up in Chiswick to be sure the SMALL model of the bike was the right size, they proceeded to deliver the bike with the tallest seat post available (Cane Creek thudbuster 31.6) rendering it unridable with the supplied seat post.When approached about swapping for an appropriately sized seat post, they flatly refused saying that is the post it ships with.Was this unreasonable ? You be the judge.

Purchased my Gocycle G4 and picked it up on Saturday, 4th November 2023.Whilst they certainly are knowledgeable regarding their bikes, the customer service I received from Oliver Skipworth, left much to be desired. Upon receiving my bike, I expressed my dissatisfaction with him and to his credit, he apologised.Regarding the bike, it's a great investment but there is a leak on my brake which suggests that it has not been tightened correctly. I've followed up with an email and hoping a prompt reply from Fully Charged as soon as possible.

I simply had to write a review for this superb team and the service they provide.I bought a GoCycle through my cycle to work scheme and the process from declaring interest to aftercare and servicing has been first rate.I’ve been especially impressed with the servicing team who work round the back from the main shop. A month or so after picking up my bike, I got a puncture. I’m not the best with all that, or rather, I just prefer others who are more skilled to help me with it. Brought it in on the day and it was fixed that day with better tyres.And today, through some bizarre mechanism, I managed to break my kickstand. Brought it in, on the day, no appointment, and they found time to sort me out. Amazing service!!! Because I really rely on this bike now so the fast turnaround was amazing.Special mention to Brian who mans the workshop desk and Luke who has found time to fix my bike’s issues asap each time!Thank you!!! Keep up the awesome work!

Big thanks to Bruno for his assistance in helping me choose the right electric bike. Sorry he wasn’t there when I collected it because it was pretty busy and the assistant simply didn’t have his depth of knowledge. Still, I managed to work out the ins and outs of the bike using the manual when I got home, including things like unlocking the suspension on the forks and using the Bosch Flow app, which is really well integrated but has its quirks. The bike by the way was beautifully set up so many thanks to Fully Charged.
