I’m a big fan of Co-Op and its products. However, today, I saw something unusual doing for customers. Usually, if a cashier has a customer and there is a queue, she or he should call for an assistance from one of her or his colleagues. A female cashier today had a lady to deal with, at the same time I was standing holding my stuff for a while. I would’ve accepted this if there is no stuff except her. Actually, I would not let this matter to distorts the image of co-op in my mind but training and costumers’ evaluation is really needed.Thanks

greedy, disrespectful, ingrate and rude every single one of them in there. mew staff taking the pis*. who is this lot to be a decent. they've always asking for ID and the rules ain't by law, it's up to the shops themselves which are deliberately making it harder for normal people. changed all like there so miserable it's unreal. what happened to the decent staff in little co op. honestly head office need to look into this store before the public take matters into there own hands

Now this little shop is what you call a convenience store. Has all the basics and a bit more. Never had a problem with staff over 6 years and would always prefer it to the depressing spectacle that stands near Cowick Street.

It sells food and drinks, not as much compared to bigger Co-ops. There is a limited range of fresh fruit and veg. They don't sell onion chutney.There is free parking.

The majority of staff are okay. However, unfortunately one particular customer assistant named Tim is extremely rude & his attitude stinks! Twice now i have encountered problems with this individual. I reported him to the store manager, who did nothing! Subsequently, i have sent an email to the chief executive.

Good clean store friendly staff shelves are only half full but that is not the co ops fault it is a national.shortage of goods

Convenient location and the majority of staff are exceptional. Let down by a trumped up lanky self important manager. They've setup a one-way system to ensure that every customer (infectious or otherwise) has to cover every square inch of the store's footprint. Then the manager struts up and down the aisles about telling everyone to give him space. Also no management of queue outside the store. Why doesn't the manager display the patience that all of his customers already have.

Was completely ignored by one of the staff as he chucked stock in front of me, stacking shelves in a rage. I asked his colleague if he was OK as it was such bizarre behaviour I thought he may have some learning difficulties. She said no he didn't have any issues and he was the manager! Co Op Head office you need to take a look at this Manager. Really don't think you want someone like him fronting your business. The same guy also shouted at me and my wife for shopping together. He shouted get ouuuut.. Now" it was so rude it was funny. In all seriousness I think he's on the edge and about to crack. Bit worrying for your local shop."

This store is fantastic ! Me and my partner (pregnant) often frequent the store because we are just mad for the tunes and all the best random but awesome stock ! Packed full of great crisps, sweets and the rarest but most delicio snacks. Nelson Scrandela would be proud :) xxxxxx
